Service and pricing
Service: E-Rechnungs-Studio provides online invoice creation, PDF conversion to XRechnung/ZUGFeRD, validation, viewing, invoice history and invoice presets. Basic: EUR 9.90/month including VAT, 10 PDF conversions per UTC calendar month, up to 2 MB per PDF and 3 PDFs per batch. Plus: EUR 29.90/month including VAT, 50 PDF conversions per UTC calendar month, up to 10 MB per PDF and 10 PDFs per batch. Each imported invoice uses one conversion. Validation, viewing and manual creation have no monthly allowance. A current browser, internet access and an account are required. The selected plan, charged amount and billing period appear on the invoice.
Payment, term and cancellation
Payment is by card through Stripe. The paid contract starts on successful payment and access starts immediately afterwards. The subscription is indefinite, billed monthly in advance from the purchase date. Cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period; there is no commitment beyond that period. Calendar-month conversion allowances reset independently of the billing date. Ordinary cancellation: /en/vertrag/kuendigen, Stripe's billing portal, or email. Extraordinary termination rights remain unaffected. Statutory rights concerning defects in digital products apply. Send complaints to info@e-rechnungs-studio.de. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in consumer arbitration.
Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal (consumers): You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.
How to withdraw
To exercise this right, inform Casserus UG (haftungsbeschränkt) at the address, telephone number or email above of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You may also submit your withdrawal using the prominently labelled “Withdraw from contract” function at /en/vertrag/widerrufen. We will send you an acknowledgement by email without delay. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees. We make no deduction for use of the service before withdrawal.
