What is free now—and what is planned

Without an account

Without an account, you can convert 1 PDF per month for free. The validator and viewer are also free to use without an account and have no monthly limit.

With an account

A free account includes 3 PDF conversions per month, invoice history, and invoice presets. Basic and Pro are also currently free. Basic includes 10 PDF conversions per month, and Pro includes 50 PDF conversions per month.

Current upload limits

• The converter, validator, and viewer accept files up to 1 MB without an account, 1 MB on Free, 2 MB on Basic, and 10 MB on Pro. The validator and viewer handle one file at a time. In the converter, Free imports one invoice at a time, Basic supports up to 3 invoice PDFs at once, and Pro supports up to 10 invoice PDFs at once. Enterprise multi-invoice import sizes are agreed individually. Files over your current limit are rejected before processing; in the converter, they do not count toward your monthly conversion limit.
• Every successfully imported invoice, including each invoice in a multi-invoice import, counts as one conversion toward your monthly limit.
• If you are signed in, an invoice with more than 100 line items still counts toward your monthly limit, even though it cannot be converted. Without an account, this attempt does not count toward your monthly limit. The converter supports invoices with up to 100 line items.
• Free, Basic, and Pro differ in their monthly PDF conversion limits and maximum upload sizes. They also have different multi-invoice import sizes. The monthly conversion allowance and the number of PDFs imported at once are separate limits.
